  1. Here’s a prayer for you. Good luck.
It’s a very cute house on the outside, I’m guessing since there are no interior pictures, that the renter has left it in a bit of a disarray.

  2. Oh my, it’s adorable! And CHEAP! If only we had an excuse to move to northeast Maine ….

  3. You’re right. It’s too cluttered and congested to show pictures of the inside. She’s still living in the house – but that’s a blog for another time.

  4. Oh my! I tell ya if I had the money, I’d lveave my house in a heartbeat. I tried to talk Bill into buying it and he could live here and I’d go there, but it didn’t work LOL. It’s adorable!!! I love the tree in the front, I miss having trees out front.

  5. I’m thinking powerful HOUSE SELLING thoughts for you here in Oregon :-)

  6. After another week up there, I’m so tempted! But how do I pay for a house when I’d have to quit to move there…. hmmm Good luck!

  7. The house looks very nice in the pictures Robin, good luck and hope it sells soon! It sure seems inexpensive to me….

  8. wow, Robin, great value! Sending you good selling energy!

  9. Oh man! If only it had just a couple more acres, I promise you, we would sell our ranch here and move east!
I’ve often dreamed of moving back to Maine, and that cute house reminds me of my Great Aunt’s old farm house. Gives me those warm fuzzy feelings.
I can SO see and my family living there!

    And the price is RIGHT!

How far do you live from this house?
Oh! To have you as a neighbor not far away. What a dream come true!

Thinking postitive thoughts for a quick sale.

  10. I’m only 10 miles from this house. It takes about 15 minutes to drive. The house is a 30 second walk to the St. Croix flowage – nice swimming and great fishing. I miss living near the water. We used to listen to the loons from early spring to late fall.

  11. i need one more year, and then this syncronistic amazing little house would have fit into my i am an empty nester plan

is it a fixer upper? I am assuming but what are it’s needs? Just curious

it’s a little bizarre when you can imagine your laundry hanging on the line, in a house you’ve only seen a picture of

    and you live in chicago

  12. It needs a new roof and cosmetics. The tenant knocked out the wall between the bath and laundry room. I didn’t know that until the night before I met with the agent. The door needs to be closed in and the trim put back. I’d pull up vinyl flooring to expose hardwood and wide pine floors. It has tin ceilings in the kitchen and livingroom. There’s a lot of storage space in what used to be a summer kitchen. It has apple trees in the back yard.

  13. That’s not too bad, over the years I have seen lots worse – I tell you it’s haunting me, this house of yours. I hope you sell it fast so I don’t have to uproot my daughter from her entire life because her mom wants a house in maine – thanks for replying. I enjoy your blog tremendously

  14. We are strongly considering Maine for a move. I wish we were closer to being ready. City or well water?

  15. The house has private water and septic right now. The town is bringing in public water to part of the town but I’m not sure it will come up Petticoat Hill.
